Recipient Information

Please ensure that you include all the information where your gift is being delivered to.
 
We require this following information:  

• name of the business or company (if your order being delivered to a work address).  
• contact phone number of the person who is receiving the gift.

This way if we encounter a locked gate, or someone who is absent, then we can make sure when the person will be back or that they have found their gift from you.  

If your gift is being delivered to the Hospital, please include the Ward that they are in.  Please check carefully on the delivery date, to ensure that the patient hasn't been discharged from hospital.  If you are in doubt, please include their home address under your message, and a contact phone number, so we can be sure that they are back home and we will deliver there instead.  You may like to read about any other information on our Hospital deliveries page.
